This was NOT a tax cut. It was only an adjustment in the WITHHOLDING tables. It did not lower the tax rate. Typical of the democrats, all smoke and mirrors. If you generally owe at the end of the year, you'll owe more, if you generally get money back, you'll get less back. I put my extra $’s back into my federal withholding so i’ll be covered at the end of the year. Most folks are ignorant of what the big O and the dem’s did. Time to wake up. You did NOT get a tax cut

what do u mean “an adjustment in the withholding tables”? are the taxes less or more? I keep reading that the average tax payer is getting a tax break of approx. 13 dollars a week.
please back up your statement with an example.

The public will think of it as a "tax increase" when they have to "pay it back".
The Dems will try to explain why people are not getting as big a refund...or have to pay in for the first time. But those explanations will be hollow because all people will think is "I got less".
Such a stupid move that will pay off in bigger tea parties next year.
