That is so sad. I got the impression from some articles I had read that he wasn’t doing well since we had not heard from him lately. He was a good man and a good conservative who challenged the status quo. Personally, I think he is the man Reagan should have picked for VP in 1980. My condolences to his family. God bless him and I thank him for his service to his country.

George the elder was a forced pick.....there were shenanigans.....Georgie porgie came out of nowhere to be the vp......there was some kind of fix IMO.....

and with George the elder, we got George the younger....both globalist...

I don’t think Reagan had any choice in his vp pick. I believe Reagan said he’d never choose GHWB. Then a group of people had a conversation with him and I felt he wasn’t given a choice.
