Where ever this is they aren’t interested in bombs imo based upon their mehtod of operation and carelessness. Thieves looking for some quick cash to buy drugs is my guess.

Yeah,,,, well,,, they did steal a lawnmower too. Why would someone steal fertilizer to pay for drugs? Ya gonna pawn fertilizer? That comment didn’t make a lot of sense to me. But, hopefully, they aren’t bombers!
