You're both missing the point. The fight for the First Amendment may mean more than yacking into a mic or hiring well-heeled lawyers.
It may mean ultimately and literally leading your multi-million-man/woman audience on to the steps of Congress and the SCOTUS to demand that Right be honored.

I don't dispute that, and I pray it does not come to pass. But it very well may. This could get really ugly. OR we just sit by and allow our freedoms to be taken away, all of them. One has to wonder what the average American will do.
