Actually, that answer, while true, was clarified in Jude 7:

Even as Sodom and Gomorrha, and the cities about them in like manner, giving themselves over to fornication, and going after strange flesh, are set forth for an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

This argument has been put forth by people looking for Biblical proof that Sodom didn't commit SEXUAL sin. Anyone that has truly spent time in the Word Of God must have been exposed to 50 verses proclaiming homosexual behavior is an abomination to God. The word "sodomite" and "sodomy" CAME from the sexual sin performed there. I'm sure they also had idle hands, were full of bread, and had many other character flaws.

But to miss the FACT that the Sodomites wanted the angels sexually and Lott offered his daughters instead, misses the whole point of the destruction of the whole valley.

It is easy to use a computer Bible to do a search on homosexual behavior verses. If done, there can be NO DOUBT what God thinks of it.
