Unfortunately, Mr. President

President Barack Obama, feeling quite certain that in 100 days he has remade the United States into the Utopian that he and Michelle have longed for, has forgotten one important point: he has done nothing of substance in his three plus months as our nation’s 44th president.

The so-called economic stimulus has created not one job, just as the economy continues to lose them.

The Obama plan(s) has done nothing to increase the nation’s GDP, but rather it continues to linger in recession (falling 6.1 percent in the first three months of 2009).

The President’s allowance of government funding for stem-cell research hasn’t saved anyone from the multiple of diseases that the president claims will be saved by using the cells. But rather, his allowance of public funds for international abortions have no doubt increased the number of deaths by mothers that did not want their children.

His decision to release Bush-related documents on so-called torture has not made our nation a safer place, but rather the only thing it likely did was give terrorists in our custody - and those still on the battle field - further resolve in their fight against the United States. And, while the president worries about terrorists being hurt by a little water or insects in a box, 9/11 victims continue to ask why their loved ones had to be burnt alive, gassed or forced to jump to their certain deaths, simply for going to work.

His decision to not meet with Israel’s new prime minister did not help US-Israeli relations, but his apparent attempt to smoke the piece pipe with Iran’s leader will no doubt stifle hopes of Middle East peace and will only empower those countries that hate the United States, whom they call the “Great Satan.”

And one can go on and on.

Now wait a minute. Our president has done a lot in hundred days He has made us a worse country in which to live.

One of the many maddening things about these “stimulus” plans is that if you’re not a government bureaucrat, or a road construction worker, you’re S.O.L.

Apparently, these are the only things our legislators think of when you say the word “jobs”.

6.1% or at an annualized rate of 6.1%?

Lots of difference in the two measurements. If, in fact, the economy fell 6.1% in the First Quarter then that's an annualized rate of 24.4%, and it's time to flee to someplace better ~ maybe Zimbabwe!

One thing he’s done that is sure to damage our country more than anything he could do on his own is appoint other wild-eyed far-left socialists to every single office possible. The Supreme Court and other federal courts won’t be far behind. Obama started the disease but these appointees will insure it spreads far and fast.

Did anyone see the very end of Obammy’s speech last night when he was answering the last question asked? He talked about how much he has on his plate, wars, economy, pandemic flu...boy did he really come off as someone who was in over his head! It was really quite disturbing to hear him talk that way...

What the hell did he expect when he went for the job of President? golf every day and the occasional photo op?

It was frightening...

Ask anyone who voted for him what he said in any of his speeches and they’ll just give you this blank stare. I’ve yet to hear him say anything of substance that anyone in their right mind could agree with.

We can ask ourselves Reagan's question after only 3 months: Are you better off:

NO
