Detainees Cleared for Landing ... and You Get to Pay for It! (to grant them political asylum)

Attorney General Eric Holder, aka "the right man at the right time to protect our citizens in the critical years ahead," is in Germany discussing what he doesn't seem to want to talk about much in the United States: the Obama administration's emerging plan to comply with the president's arbitrary January 2010 deadline for closing Guantanamo Bay by throwing open the door and releasing trained jihadists into the United States (among other places). Fox News is reporting that, in addition to the Uighurs, another 13 combatants have now been "cleared" for release — bringing the total to 30. And when many, if not the vast majority, of the people who trained to kill you end up here, you'll get to pay for it! Fox elaborates:

Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair has indicated that detainees released in the U.S. would likely receive government assistance to help them return to society — one they've never been a part of. "If we are to release them in the United States, we need some sort of assistance for them to start a new life," Blair said last month. "You can't just put them on the street."

So to complete the picture, we now have an FBI out beating the bushes — and taking lots of flak for it — to try to find out which radical Muslims in the United States may be embedded jihadists who've gotten paramilitary training from al Qaeda, and we've got an attorney general and a president who are simultaneously planning to embed in the United States jihadists who've gotten paramilitary training from al-Qaeda.

I spoke with two leading nationally-known lawyers about this today.

If the administration makes the mistake of attempting to bring the Uighurs into the U.S. under existing immigration laws, Section 103 of the Real ID Act prohibits their admissibility.

However, they believe AG Eric Holder will sidestep that by asking President Barack Obama to grant the Uighurs asylum.

All 17 Uighurs either trained as terrorists or are associated with terrorists and our laws prohibit their being returned to China, no nation seems to want the Uighurs (because the threat of repercussions from China), and we cannot detain them indefinitely. Every private and open source says the administration is testing the political waters on releasing the Uighurs here in the United States.

The release of the Uighurs here using asylum opens up an even more ominous possibility. There are violent, committed jidadists, Saudis and Yemenis, at Gitmo we also will never prosecute, that we will not send to Saudi Arabia for they would immediately execute them and we cannot release to places like Yemen as it would be just letting deadly killers go there, and we cannot ("in line with our values") detain indefinitely.

While is unthinkable to any sane, responsible people here, yet it may eventually be within the thinking of the Obama administration to eventually also release those Saudi and Yemeni terrorists here within the U.S.

Are you going to stand by silently as this administration grants political asylum to terrorists and endangers your loved ones?

Eric Holder has already tried to get the Uighurs turned loose in Northern Virginia so they could serve as a sort of NGO "hit team" for jobs Obama needs to have done locally. Be interesting to get Arlen Specter alone and find out what Biden threatened him with.

These people are not to be trusted with the government.

your residence as soon as possible. Ali Mohammed Ahmed bin Mahmud is to be
cared for pursuant to the standards you personally demanded in your
letter of admonishment. We will be conducting weekly inspections to ensure
that your standards of care for Ahmed are commensurate with those you
so strongly recommended in your letter.

Although Ahmed is sociopath and extremely violent, we hope that your
sensitivity to what you described, as his “attitudinal problem” will
help him overcome this character flaw. Perhaps you are correct in
describing these problems as merely “cultural differences.”

I should warn you that your adopted terrorist is extremely proficient in hand-to-hand combat and can extinguish human life with such simple items as a pencil or
nail clippers. He is also expert at making a wide variety of explosive
devices from common household products, so you may wish to keep those
items locked up, unless you feel that this might offend him.

Ahmed will not wish to interact with your wife, daughters, or any other females who might visit or live at your residence. He views females as a subhuman form of property. This is a particularly sensitive subject for him. He has shown violent
tendencies around women who fail to comply with the dress code that he considers appropriate and mandatory. I am sure that over time, your wife and daughters will come to enjoy the anonymity offered by the bhurka. Just remind them that it is
all part of respecting his culture and religious beliefs, as I am sure he will afford you the same courtesy.

Thanks again for your letter. We truly appreciate it when folks like
you inform us of the proper way to do our job. Take good care of Ahmed
and good luck!

Life under the Kenyan Clown's regime grows progressively more bizarre: we put terrorists on the dole and on the streets --- probably some of the very same streets that Obama had buzzed by presidential aircraft this week.

Not to mention nationalization of private companies, or making obeisance to Saudi royalty, or any other of the myriad unprecedented imbecilities of the Kenyan Clown's circus.
