It's about as grassroots as I can imagine, people just sort of started drifting together. It happened before, after Ruby Ridge and Waco. There is a point where things just become too repulsive to bear any more. I suspect it happened just over 200 years ago too.

We need to start sorting out, everyone needs to know what is being advocated by any particular group or "leader". Chaos won't get us anywhere.

I agree... we had an absolutely beautiful start. What the organizers started, worked. We don’t want to mess this up by changing the ways in which it was started. At some point, organization will follow, in the sense that spokespeople could be chosen who will have to have agreed upon talking points, or demands. It will need to be clarified to them to not debate, not stray from the topics/issues that the protestors stood against. Those who sacrificed a lot of time to support the tea parties need to be respected at least by that much.

I know Steele and the GOP wanted to be a part of this so bad, so the organizers HAVE to be careful. Those who turned away elected officials to speak at the rallies etc., ..made a smart move in my opinion.
