AS a person who was born and raised in Low-Down County for over 45 years (Now removed from the hell of Metro DC) this breaks my heart. I hunted the property as a kid where the Landsdowne area is...Back before even Xerox took over a large hunk of it.
How far removed it is from when I was considered a redneck for growing up there!!! Illegal aliens have ruined this country!

To be classified as a “hate crime” it must be committed by a person of Caucasian European descent, and the victim must be a protected minority based on race or on sexual devia....errr... orientation.
But I have an idea - how about put the drug war on hold, and have a war on street gangs.
