The woman is not a trucker. She is relaying info—probably without 100% accurate hearing and certainly not 100% accurate understanding.

It’d be easy to confirm now wouldnt it? All you have to do, is to get another person to go down and watch. How about getting a private detective?
Now it could be they are transporting Old bio weapons to be discarded. I know a few truckers that do that. But not one of them ever carry 80 tons. Matter of fact, they are ALWAYS way under the load limit because of the material they carry.
Anything of this nature would be handled in an entirely different way..like military transporting of the material. NOT by a commercial carrier. YA like JB Hunt is gonna haul such crap and assume the liability if anything should happen. Do pigs fly?
