It’d be easy to confirm now wouldnt it? All you have to do, is to get another person to go down and watch. How about getting a private detective?

Now it could be they are transporting Old bio weapons to be discarded. I know a few truckers that do that. But not one of them ever carry 80 tons. Matter of fact, they are ALWAYS way under the load limit because of the material they carry.

1—number of variables
2—the uniqueness of any such specific situation
3—the uniqueness of the oligarchy’s mandates, goals, methods in general as well as in specific
4—the complexities of the variables

ALL make ASSUMPTIONS very hazardous in such matters.

All I know . . . is . . . that such an operation is well within the capacity and the goals of the oligarchy
