EEKONK (WBZ) ―Captain Shane Murphy returned home from his life threatening ordeal with pirates off the Horn of Africa Thursday night. "I've been around this entire planet," he says. "I've been to every continent, hundreds of countries, and I mean this 100 percent: Boston is the best city in the world."

He says he is concerned for the safety of the unarmed crews that are still out at sea. When asked if he'd be returning to his job, Murphy said he's not sure but is considering a new career fighting for better security on the ocean.

Freed Pirate Hostage Accuses Limbaugh Of 'Hate Speech' (freed hostage is a leftist)

The man is using the one name that would get him the most publicity.

“Just imagine the hue and cry had a Republican president ordered the shooting of black teenagers on the high seas,” Limbaugh said.

Murphy said Limbaugh’s remarks were unacceptable.

“It feels great to be home,” Murphy said. “With the exception of Rush Limbaugh who is trying to make this into a race issue. It’s disgusting.”

“The president did the right thing. It’s a war. It’s about good versus evil. And what you (Limbaugh) said is evil, that is hate speech. I won’t tolerate it,”

Rush was being SARCSTIC! Dry sarcasm is totally lost on brain dead liberals. Also the lib admits being intolerant of conservatives in his last sentence.

Sounds like he wants to be a lobbyist. If he has cheated on his taxes recently, he could even get a high-level job in the Obama administration.

This is the clown who held a press conference and then realized he couldn’t put two coherent words together.

Moron.

The idiot obviously does not listen to Rush. If he had, he'd know that Rush was, as he often does, painting a point by using the absurd.

It is true that if Bush had ordered the shooting of “teenaged youths,” they'd be marching on DC for his impeachment. But because it was Obammie the Commie, it was the sign of a good Commander-in-Chief.

Had this jackass captain ever listened to Rush, he'd know that Rush has no trouble with using fire power to defend American interests.

I think Rush was using humour to point out something very true.

Had President Bush (or any other Republican president) ordered the killing of three young, impoverished, black men, there would have been MUCH uproar from the left.

He was exposing the outrageous double standard of the left, but the left is so irrational they can’t even stop to think about it logically.

As much as I’m glad he made it home safe, he exemplifies the typical liberal by feigning outrage about someone he obviously doesn’t like (over something for which he probably didn’t hear and thus doesn’t understand teh context).

CAPTAIN Shane Murphy ?

I thought the real commandeer of the ship was a Captain Richard Phillips.

Did he get a promotion?

Captain Phillips was very gracious in his thanks to “ the real heroes”, the military, especially the Navy SEALS. He also mentioned the people of Vermont and the U.S. for their prayers and support. He did NOT, repeat did NOT, mention Obama at all :-))

Not familiar with naval line of command, I thought a ship of this size had only one captain. I thought the other one, Murphy, was like a second mate or something similiar.

Can anyone clarify this?
