LONDON (Reuters) - A British Airways cabin crew member was taken to a London hospital as a precaution after developing flu-like symptoms on a flight from Mexico City, the airline said on Saturday.

I just heard a Dr. on the radio say that Mexico City is going into panic mode and restrictions on flights into the US should be imposed.
I am begining to think this maybe ‘Captian Trips’:

If Obama doesn’t seal the border TIGHT then surely someone will introduce impeachment proceedings against him! I know he won’t get convicted, but the embrassment would expose him for what he is!
We've all heard examples how people can exhibit symptoms and not actually be sick -- IOW, it's all in their heads. They're aware a bug is going around and they look for any sign they are sick. I sure hope this is the case here!
If the "Mexico Flu" is traveling around to other continents THIS quickly, even with only a 6 percent mortality, many people could die from this one.
I agree with you but at this point in the ongoing travesty, I think he will get away with anything with little or no opposition or even much outcry from our elected representatives.
But this could be the beginning of an awakening that is too late coming.

Yes it is. I hope that despite the initial alarm here tonight, nutritional standards and education will keep the mortality low here in the US. In developing countries, they may not be so lucky.

Wow...I wonder if WE are checking any incoming flights from Mexico for crew/passengers feeling sick...and what would WE do...hospitalize them?
if it gets going, it won’t be limited to North America. If there’s any up side, it will rip through the Pakistan tribal areas like a blowtorch.
A better question is WHY ARE WE ALLOWING FLIGHTS FROM MEXICO???

Not likely. The tribal elders will just put out an order to behead any outsiders who appear to be afflicted with the infidel flu.
I would think Waziristan would be among the best places to sit out a pandemic. But the Falkland Islands would be even better (nicer company).
