True. Without the crown of thorns, I might have assumed it was Obama pulling back the curtains on the truth behind the office of the POTUS. Hubris but at least not blasphemous. However, it is sick the way he is portrayed. I hope Obama denounces it, although I suspect my hope isn’t part of his hope message.
I think we’ve officially hit rock bottom now.

I think he is trying to say that Obama is pulling back the curtain to expose the USA for what it is (or in this case, what they think it is. After all they think America’s capitalistic system to be the epitome of evil, right?) As Obama is exposing all the “evils of capitalism” he is portrayed as a crucified “christ figure” (thus the crown of thorns, the outstretched arms, his coat appearing like a “robe”, his red tie, “the blood”) Notice the “humble” downcast figure looking as though in his greatness he is willing to sacrifice all to expose the truth to us.
All of it is a LIE though. Obama is NOT christ-like, Obama does not deserve to wear the “robe and crown”, Obama is NOT our lamb, Obama is NOT humble, and what Obama is unveiling is NOT the truth!
You FReepers who are not religious.... this may be an excellent time for you to read up on what the Bible has to say about men like this who will come to deceive us in the last days. Scary, just plain scary!!!

I looked at the artist’s website, and realized immediately that all of his art is in the same, horrid style. The kind of art work you’d buy on black velvet at a truck stop. So, sadly, I think the artist is sincere. But I still think the work ends up being unintentionally satirical. It’s just so ridiculous.
One thing in common is that neither have a Birth Certificate .

Obama and his policies are on the side of Satan.
HE has put himself in the shoes of the Lord just like this painting shows, he exalts himself on high. He has the greatest of all sin just as Satan has...... ARROGANCE.
The description of Lucifer is idiomatic. “Thou sealest up the sum” means “to have finished proportions’ that is, Lucifer was created with a perfect balance of beauty and wisdom. The Greeks called this the “golden mean.” Satan is the wisest creature in the universe and perfect in beauty! You can see what that does to the image of the devil as depicted with a forked tail, red epidermis and slanted green eyes! Satan is not a vicious looking creature. Should you meet him on Main Street, you would undoubtedly be awed by his glamour and taken in by his brilliant conversation and personality. He is the most-impressive of all creatures!
Don’t be taken by personality’s..... rather look for virtue and integrity.

Remember, this is cosmos diabolicus, the realm of Satan, and all that is in it is tainted by his policies, save one, the local church under the authority of a prepared Pastor-Teacher. God has “fenced off” this one safe zone for the teaching of His Word to the elect. It is possible to escape Satan’s all encompassing influence, but only by means of the truth as it resides in our souls.
Satan’s aim is to create a system that rivals God’s kingdom but which leases Him out. It is to promote a counterfeit order. Basically, the cosmos is evil because it is independent of God. It may contain good aspects as well as overtly evil aspects, but its inherent evil lies in its being independent of God and a rival to Him. This sharp rivalry surfaces in such verses as James 1:27 where the believer is told to keep himself unstained from the world; in 4:4 where friendship with the world is said to be hostility toward God; and in 1 John 2:16 where John declares that all that is in the world is not from the Father.
To achieve his aim, Satan must try to make the values of his godless system seem attractive. Thus he works to make people give top priority to self as number one and to the here and now as most important. When John wrote that all that is in the world is not of the Father he explained what he meant by “all” by three epexegetical statements that fellow in 1 John 2:16. All of them emphasize self as number one. Satisfy the lusts of the flesh, Satan counsels. Try to get what the inordinate desires of the eyes make you covet. And build a self-sufficient, arrogant attitude that arises from boasting about the possessions one has in life. This selfishness is, of course, the prevailing philosophy of the world, and it comes from Satan who promoted himself from the beginning.
Satan also seeks to focus people’s attention on the present rather than on eternity. That is why John reminds us in verse 17 that the world passes away but the one that does the will of God abides forever. Thus Satan seeks to achieve his purposes by trying to change our priorities (self first) and our perspective (here and now more important). In reality the truth is that God is first and eternity most important.
Politics. Not all politics is evil, only that which pertains to socialism, social action, and the abuse or distortion of law to try to solve the problems of life. Politics related to the laws of establishment and the proper use of law is good, but politics which seeks to establish a welfare state, interfere with industry and free enterprise, cater to minorities, and establish a double standard for white and black, disarm law-abiding citizens, encourage loafing, and destroy the military, is evil.

Under Satan’s command are millions of demons through which Satan coordinates attacks, Eph 6:12, “because our warfare is not against blood and flesh but against rulers, against authorities, against world rulers of this darkness, against spiritual forces of evil in heavenly places.”

He is working for satan, for he has taken on the policies of satan and is trying to force them on us. He will destroy this nation with his false policies.
He may think he is God....... BUT his knees WILL bow before the Lord one day and there will be no way he will be able to justify what he did/doing to our nation.
