We have been saying that for years. If it didn’t happen under Bush, it ain’t never gonna happen!
IMO, Bush was much more of a globalist than people gave him credit for. His open border policy for most of his administration reflected this. His Department of Education funding also reflected this, since it’s the body that implements the U.N. U.N.E.S.C.O. education goals inside the United States.
If we were to get a decent Conservative in the White House, and a majority of Republicans in Congress, we could probably make some headway, but I would agree not until.
