Schippers id 100% correct.

General Partin’s detailed analysis of the damage to the building proved that McVey’s truck had no effect on the building. Tim McVey has become the ‘Oswald’ of the building bombers.

? At the same time that truck rained down parts all over the post office building just across the intersection AND the explosion, as paltry as it was, broke thousands and thousands of windows in downtown OK City.

Obviously it did nothing to the Murrah building but blow out one whole side and the top!

Gernal who?

Why is it so hard for these folks to believe that islamic terrorists recruited some crazy American white guys to execute a terrorist plot? I'll be you that the islamists sent a letter to the White House the very same day of the bombing but that the government sat on it so as not to cause a public panic. Same thing with that jet shot down over Long Island Sound. Supposed to be some fuel tank. BS! The World Trade center would have been a tragic airline accident. All the fault of Republican spending cuts at FAA. Until the second plane hit on live TV. Trust the Federal government? HAHAHAHAHAH!

No, nobody with any credibility buys into that.

McVeigh and Nichols were definitely involved.

The rented truck full of fertilizer and diesel fuel DID do the damage.

The truck was driven down I35, just 5 minutes from my house at the time.

I knew lots of people in OKC, at the time.

I absolutely think that others were involved, but to what degree I can not be sure.

However, McVeigh and Nichols were guilty. It is a shame that we did not learn more about their connections with other terrorist groups.

I think that McVeigh was guilty, too. The truck bomb wasn’t capable of knocking down the building, but it was capable of breaking the facade and blowing glass all over the place inside the building.

What the FBI did was to help him out, by planting further explosives on the support pillars in the basement, ensuring that the whole building would come down.

Partin's analysis is certainly interesting. But I have an acquaintance who makes bombs for the military. He told me that he could easily have made a bomb out of the materials McVeigh supposedly used and exploded them in a truck near the building with similar effect. Jayna Davis' book is also interesting, and not even irrelevant if the McVeigh truck story is true, but nothing is certain about what happened in Oklahoma City, except that some FBI guys took the day off to play golf and it helped to resurrect the Clinton Presidency.

Gee, wonder if he read Jayna Davis’s book? Too bad Napolitano didn’t.
