McVey was cover.
His bomb didn’t have much affect on the building, and there was absolutely nothing blown inward. The water co surveilance video shows all the stuff flying outward.

Partin covered all the bases in his report.I spoke to a Denver Fire Chief who was a first responder. He said there was no crater under the truck.
It was an unshaped charge that could not have done
this much damage to the Murrah building.
