More than 1,400 purity balls, where young girls pledge their virginity to their fathers at a promlike event, were held in 2006 (the balls are federally funded).

That is very disturbing.

Disturbing? That is more than disturbing. That is a effing lie.

But what do you expect from some femi-nazi who argues for their youung daughters to put out like a slut?

I’d rather have my tax $$ go there instead of $350 million to Planned Parenthood.

Federal funding for our balls? Is that the disturbing part?
Because if there is one federal funding plan I could get behind it is funding for balls.

Purity balls are about the only federal ‘arts’ funding I would support!

>>That is very disturbing.<<

Even if the statement were true, which it is not (rather a quote from a slamming article in Glamor Magazine), it is tons less disturbing than encouraging our girls to allow any boy, man, woman, dog, etc, to masturbate using her body and telling her it’s her right to sexual freedom.

And disgusting. Fathers, control your daughters whereabouts and associates. Teach them to be brutally honest and forthright and to require the same of their suitors. No purity balls required.

My daughters know that my intentions toward their mother have always been and always will be fiendish and to expect no less from their eventual husbands. As long as everyone is up front and exclusive about everything from the moment the thought crosses the mind, all of my children can be married quickly, to any other devout Christian they fancy. No purity balls required.

Hebrews 13:4
Marriage is honourable in all, and the bed undefiled: but whoremongers and adulterers God will judge.

Marital indulgence: so much better than abstinence!

How so?

What’s the disturbing part? That the girls are taking a pledge to remain pure? Or that they have a good relationship with their father, who they go to the ball with (who they even know)?

I’m trying to figure out why morals bother you.
