With the way some in Hollywood have piled on Carrie Prejean since Sunday's Miss USA pageant, one might think the 21-year-old college student had called for a tax on botox, instead of speaking out against gay marriage.
First, Perez Hilton called her a "dumb [expletive]" in a self-produced video on his website.
Then Tinsletown took to Twitter, as the likes of Shanna Moakler, Giuliana Rancic, Holly Madison and Heidi Montag Tweeted their outrage.

Holly Madison used to live with Hugh Hefner, and two other girls. Their adventures were on the reality show “The Girls Next Door”.
Holly must be liberal, since she apparently believes in God knows what with a man and two other girls, all together. So since she’s liberal, then of course she supports same sex marriage. And being a good liberal, she decides to express the mock outrage of the liberals on the issue.
She wants to keep her name out there since she moved out of the Playboy Mansion, and she wants to remain a good B list celebrity.

Straight people that support homosexual marriage or openly homosexual servicemen are doing so because they think that it’s a civil right.

The event organizers set this up by hiring gay judges. Why would you hire judges who have absolutely no appreciation for the qualities being judged? It makes no sense.
That’s sorta off-topic. At least as I see it, the issue is more narrow: Is it fair to level personal, hateful abuse (”dumb b****” and “c***”) against someone who gives the polite, respectful answer she gave? (Also, was it fair to single out this one contestant, known to “Perez” to be from a private Christian collage, that question but not ask it of other contestants?)
I don’t care if gays get married - any of them can so long as it is one man and one woman! Why are you so close minded to assume that they can’t get married?
Just for the record, there are already gays in the military - but they are smart enough to keep their sex lives in their bedroom - which is where it should be! I (and most people) don’t care what anyone does to whom in the privacy of their own bedroom. So, why is it so important for gays to make me “accept” - not tolerate - but ACCEPT their lifestyle as normal? According to just about every government statistic less than 3% of the population are gay, yet we need to change 92+% of America for these guys?
The more important question is why do gays feel they need to put their sex life front and center of their existence? We don’t say we are an African-American athlete, we don’t say that is a fat lawyer, people don’t introduce people in Hollywood as that anorexic actress, so WHY must we identify people as “GAY?”

Several reasons: 1. legitimizing perverts as normal doesn’t make the mental illness go away. 2. Benefits for partners —course two normal best friends can’t get the same benefits unless they perform perverted sex acts like rimming, and felching—consumption of fecal material often causes illness. Why not? 3. Male homosexuals are the #1 vector of infectious diseases costing public health and healthcare 100s of billions—smokers are not the same because they are not vectors of disease. 4. Male homosexuals that are immune depressed are also the #1 source of antibiotic resistant bacteria putting the rest of the normal public at risk. 5. Marry your cousin, son, brother or dog—I don’t care as long as I don’t have to pay for it in any form.
I think you missed my point. I simply wonder why a straight person who would never think of marrying anyone of the same sex or never join the army be so insistant that others be allowed to do so. And I don’t think they’re thinking of civil rights. That’s just the excuse they use.

The problem with these “civil rights” are the same issues we have with African Americans and quotas. If we are all EQUAL then there is no need for quotas, but they put those in the system. If gays get their “civil rights” then it is only a matter of time when they want their quotas - it is a plan to FORCE their point of view on the American public.
If this becomes the law of the land, churches could be closed down because they refused to allow gays to get married in their sanctuary or refused to perform the service - it is the end of America!

Gay marriage compared to a a bisexual marriage is like comparing counterfeit money to genuine. It debases the value of the institution by rewriting it basic meaning. If accepted where is the objection to polygamy, or marrying ones pet goldfish or even oneself (for the truly narcissistic) for that matter.

Military units are forged from the first day of training to think and react as a unified group. They share a common experience in everything from sleeping and eating to personal sanitation. Military Special Forces units, even though made up of tremendously resourceful individuals, are inculcated with a unity of trust in their fellow unit members to the degree that they would give their lives to save that of a team member. The military has no use for personal privacy nor "lone wolves".
Gays currently serve and do so under the conditions described by keeping their orientation to themselves. Under those conditions they can and do serve with honor. Putting your sexual orientation out in front by declaring to the rest of your unit that you are gay will destroy unit cohesiveness and put a severe strain on the necessary trust between unit members.

Speaking out against gay marriage,that freedom of speech thing doesn’t seem to work for everone in the msm and hollywood arena.
It appears to me that all of the hate is coming from the gay side. Since it’s aimed at woman who voiced her sexual preferace is this a mass hate crime?
I use to watch the pageant when I was a kid. Saw a snippet about the judges a little while ago. I looked at the judges and laughed—i thought it was some dumb reality show, until I turned the mute button off. It’s beyond me why it’s still on air and running.

Wondering why so-called "gay" couples bother to wish to be included in something that they basically denounce, disdain and otherwise care little, is the real question.
Why do homosexuals bother to care about an institution that has nothing whatsoever to do with them?
What do they possibly hope to obtain by their insistence on redefining their arrangements, that they are unable to obtain through various legal arrangements such as wills, real estate transactions?
Other than desiring - no demanding that straight people acknowledge their sexual unions and lifestyles, they have little to gain other than wishing to see their names printed in the local "news" rags (that are shrinking day by day)and/or photos in the "Style Section" with Engagements/Marriages photos.
Liberals continue to rant that "conservatives (presumably straight people) want to dictate what they do in their bedrooms, when in fact it is really the other way around.
It is really liberals and certainly homosexuals demanding that thousands of years of a recognized family unit (marriage) be dismantled at their insistence, that they be granted "special rights" that have existed at no time and nowhere else on the planet.
It's not so much that heterosexuals care what homosexuals do or do not do, just that why are homosexuals demanding heterosexuals alter the history of every nation to please the whims of 1%-3% of the American population.
