I did some frantic research and find out my mistake. It was Attorney John D. Hemmenway representing Gregory Hollister, who had to show cause why he should not be sanctioned. The Judge was DC Judge James Robertson. I believe due process was indicated in a written deposition by the lawyer to the judge.
