I had been listening to a fading signal from WTAM Cleveland over a thousand miles away on my old boom box. I have your link for Billy Cunningham and have switched back to my computer. Last week I managed to catch John Ziegler on Billy Cunningham's show.

I believe in the interim there has been a bit of a spat with lawyers. Ziegler has been threatened with reference to his appeal of a dismissal of Hollister V Soetoro case. Perhaps Billy will go where few dare- though he does not commit himself and wisely. This on the subject that will not go away. Obama's eligibility under the Constitution.

I may have got my wires crossed. There was a lawyer threatened with fines etc. if he proceded with any appeal of Hollister V Soetoro. Maybe not Ziegler.

It was Ziegler who was roughed up at a presentation in private for one Katie Couric. He wanted to claim the Perkster was not a journalist- she was an advocate. I believe the award was the Walter Cronkite award.

I did some frantic research and find out my mistake. It was Attorney John D. Hemmenway representing Gregory Hollister, who had to show cause why he should not be sanctioned. The Judge was DC Judge James Robertson. I believe due process was indicated in a written deposition by the lawyer to the judge.

Yes, Ziegler in quite a spat at the presentation to Katie Couric. To get back to Billy Cunningham, he is nothing daunted and firing away, his theme is- and I like it, is that America does not have to apologize. Now has on a gentleman on side, "proud to be called an Islamophobe". Thank heaven for talk radio.

To digress, I looked at your profile. Went down to the Smoky Mountains once many moons ago. Also Fort Loudon, Tennessee. Where a plaque reminded visitors, that the early struggles of certain settlers, made sure the English language was the language of America.

Tennessee, where I was born in 1944 is a great state, mostly the eastern two thirds.
