Exxon Mobil has unseated Wal-Mart Stores to top the 2009 Fortune 500 list after a year the magazine called the worst ever for the country’s 500 largest publicly traded companies.

Remember all the populist drum beating about “windfall profits” by Hillary, Obama and the rest of the left?

Act Two begins next week...I bet talking points are being emailed to every lefty talking head right now.
