How are you? I've spent 2 days in radiology clinics. Nasty soviet lie about radiation - i remember civil defence lessons at school. huge impressions on medicine and society at large. i think i need to go to isr nuccent. tell a word in skp?
Federal sanitary monitoring and control agency replied in a mumbling style that they had no idea, no responsibility, no wish, no knowledge, no time to fulfill their pumped plentiful budget and investigate situation in my apartment, which definitely affected our health.
I would add to this row - Russians have no internal culture and no personal dignity to clean crap for them. They fouled my home and don't want to raise their asses to restore it in a civilized way. That really comes from the dirtiest, unclean toilets (for which Westerners have the amazing names 'restrooms', as they serve for rest not irritation) in the world. Remember Bulgakov's 'The Dog's Heart' on Russians dirty WCs creating chaos in minds and failed revolution. I don't bear dirty lavatories.
To complete investigation ourselves we need to learn more about Thallium affect on health. Which other poisons may create similar reactions - irritation, tachycardia, itch (without any skin red spots). Sklifosofskogo Institute which provided help to the two American women poisoned by Thallium in 2007, refused to consider my case, even provide information to clarify situation.
Federal Medical-Biological Clinic bets that radiation is not a reason, gives no proofs and documents, though I visited them on official emergency brigade call.
If you know something specific on Thallium or poisons - please give us references.
The day before incident with a jacket my father's former colleagues in his institute, have undergone me a 4-hour brain washing. They mentioned among other things possibility of thallium poisoning, clothes contamination and persuaded me to 'find common language with the authorities, if we wanted to survive'.
Now they have sent to us that letter below in Russian which sounds a provocation ('forest' may mean 'yasenevo' hq in a slang). Vic is confused how to tackle that. Obviously we don't go and consider next steps. Probably God will bless me on the Sunday mass.
Also yesterday at a Polish cultural center V was attacked by well-known Russians inquiring our 'future plans in Ukraine and Poland'.
V makes precise assessments and weighs the facts but practical steps are problem. Do you think it's worthwhile to go urgently to isr or ukr (doubt on their independence even in medicine, but border is easier) for medical checking? Or ask for help/vsas?

background On April 15 I put on a jacket which I have held in a wardrobe since November. In 5 minutes I experienced huge heat and itch spreading through the whole body, but without any redness or visible signs. Sklifosofskogo Institute tried to block any help, though the local casualty department called an ambulance and provided me to a municipal hospital. There the doctors excluded allergy and advised to check for isotopes and thallium!
Sklifosofskogo Institute which provided help to the two American women poisoned by thallium in 2007, refused to consider my case, even provide information to clarify situation.
Federal Medical-Biological Clinic, which examined me on April 16, bets that radiation is not a reason, but gives no proofs and documents, though I visited them on official emergency brigade call. They also refused to provide me antidote.
On every step we feel a sort of stretching time as if they want to kill not help.
Earlier Victor has got hemorrhage in eyes. Together with our other clinic symptoms we may have undergone affecting of isotopes or chemistry. The most recent version, according to the University professor at chemistry faculty, Moscow sanitary control and monitoring station and some doctors, is microwaves or other size of electromagnetic waves.
Our situation develops in such a way that we are considering some steps of emergency.
part 2 continuation Managers in 3 shops where I tried to buy a counter to measure microwaves or other size of electromagnetic waves had been intercepted on half a way to the store or refused to sell the devices. Also there is a great mess around our electricity: meter counts twice more than a usual consumption. Official service companies at all levels sabotage official replies, checking or repairing.
The same mad muddle has been developing around installation of surveillance cameras. All technicians disappear on the second step. The latest incident happened yesterday.
So one of us always stays at home to guard it. The last time when we both left the flat together to see a doctor with Victors eyes ended with a new penetration into flat and a new portion of poisoning.
Electric kettle that was experience after all penetrations starts to produce specific spots on the metallic bottom created by smallest particles visible only in a boiling process. I have changed already 5 kettles. Every time the new one has nothing of this effect until penetration.
Those single doctors who are inclined to help are interrupted by colleagues to prevent antidotes prescriptions. Deputy director general of Radon Oleg Polskiy forbid me to take any medicine except those proved by our main radiation hospital - Federal medical-Biological Clinic.
Our main ecologist Yablokov told me that the Russian authorities perform special operation against us so they are interested to kill not to heal us.
I do not know what is more silly and humiliating continue fighting a system alone or recognize weakness and ask for help. I cant say I do nothing! V experiences huge stress and provides general tactics and supervision. Also it looks like he got much more on head (eyes, brains). Believe it or not.
We urgently need visas and medical examination outside Russia. Meanwhile if there any independent doctor in the Moscow diplomatic corps to advise us immediately on antidotes and any available foreign center to explore possible damage inflicted by ionizing, non-ionizing radiation and poisons that would be a curative help.
Whom could we meet here to talk?
While we were at a doctor, another penetration occurred. We met on our way many visual checking, so I left victor in the clinic, took a cab and rushed back at home, caught a tail of burglars near the building entrance, also neighbors- who use to watch us helping services. Electricity was switched off (electronic timer at clock renewed), stand in the hall down. They have keys I was out 50 minutes.
Vic has big blood spot in the eye the whole pupil, blood net in the other eye. The doctor first phrase was: Only in Russia we heal that sort of trauma abroad they dont do that.
So they have an interest to explore our flat. Probably to leave some stuff affecting us. If they monitor so tightly every our step and use any chance = even such a short one. That was the first time after January 1 when we BOTH left the flat and nobody guarded it during an hour.
Do you think it is reasonable to change locks AGAIN. Or thy have keys from any locks. I need help to proceed.
Also today we commemorate my father's birthday. In Russia that day coinsides with the day of space exploration, holiday. That was very symbolic as my father had done very much for exploration of the Earth from space. He was very healthy and died rapidly, allegedly from lung cancer, in unknown circumstances, while we were in diplomatic tour in Vienna, undergone some checkings, spy stories in America... So far we continue investigation of his death and come to conclusion that it was assassination. The reasons may be various.
This year the date of his birthday has another symbol - Christ risen from the dead. I believe he will come and save his home - that one where we live and undergone harassment now...
The same doctor, Oleg Fadeev, who invited my father for routine examination into Russia's hematology clinic (where he worked), who was the first one manipulated some tests and medicines with his lungs, put ungrounded cancer diagnosis (was not accepted by oncologists who refused to perform chemiotherapy), that SAME doctor was near my mother in the SAME hematology clinic when they testified forged leukemia diagnosis. My father died in 6 months (predicted 3) after that treatment, mother they killed more rudely and boldly - through blood manipulations, in a month after she had appeared in their hands. This clinic is human beings vivarium, with military monster behind, with all criminal tasks and tests.
I disseminated the story about my mother's death (November 2005) widely, including the State Department, where it was registered (I have a number). It's time to raise again the issue of Russian repressive medicine and test sites for biological weapons.
It's time to re-investigate this story within the context of our current file to prosecutor general, with all the names and participants, as i store all the documents, including medical, re my parents deaths!

ANYONE could be next.
Mr. and Mrs. Kalashnikov are publishing shocking material on Russian subjects for over 15 years.
Including but not limited to war preparation against USA, human rights violations and everything others dont even dare to speak about.
KGB tried to discredit them, killed their relatives,- but they never managed to silence those ttwo brave people.
Now looks like the material kalashnikovs are publishing became VERY SENSITIVE: because of increasing aggresiveness of Kremlin policies.
Friends,
these people may be killed any time.
We've got to do SOMETHING!!!!!!!
Here is their articles:

Mr Yushchenko before and after the poisoning
"Mr Yushchenko, a pro-European politician who wanted to bring his country out of Russia's shadow, fell seriously ill on September 6, 2004 as he was competing in presidential elections against a pro-Moscow candidate, Viktor Yanukovich, now prime minister.
After months of tests in an Austrian clinic, it was determined that he had ingested a massive amount of the poison dioxin.
Although he survived, his face was left bloated and pockmarked, and he has had to undergo regular treatment to rid his body of the toxin.
In an interview with Le Figaro he said he believed the dioxin used to disfigure him was made in a Russian lab.
Mr Yushchenko did not directly accuse the Russian government of being behind his poisoning, but he did say he had 'practically put all the pieces together' and the attempt against him 'was not a private action'. ..."

The murder of internationally renowned Russian journalist Anna Politkovskaya in early October 2006 was yet another troubling sign of Russias retreat into its totalitarian past. Today Frontpage Symposium has gathered a distinguished panel of experts to discuss why Anna Politkovskaya was killed and what the tragic loss of her life symbolizes about the direction in which Vladimir Putins Russia is heading.

[2009] Russia, China plan new joint military exercises
By MARTIN SIEFF, UPI Senior News Analyst
Published: March 26, 2009
WASHINGTON, March 26 (UPI) -- The continuing tensions over Russia's refusal to sell its state-of-the-art land warfare advanced weapons systems to China hasn't interrupted the rhythm of major joint military exercises between the two major land powers on the Eurasian landmass. The latest in the regular, biennial series of exercises between the two nations has been confirmed for this summer.
The next in the now well-established series of exercises called Peace Mission 2009 will be carried out in northeastern China, the Russian Defense Ministry announced March 18, according to a report carried by the RIA Novosti news agency.
The first bilateral Peace Mission maneuvers -- described at the time as counter-terrorism exercises -- were held in Russia and the eastern Chinese province of Shandong in August 2005. As we reported at that time, they were a lot bigger than mere counter-terrorism exercises. Warships, squadrons of combat aircraft and more than 10,000 troops were involved carrying out landings against hypothetically hostile shores. The maneuvers also involved large-scale paratroops drops. The scale and nature of those exercises suggested a trial run for a possible Chinese invasion of Taiwan with Russian support. ..."

Russian nuclear bombers in Cuba?
July 23, 2008
The media has been abuzz today at the prospect of Russian nuclear bombers being stationed in Cuba if the US goes ahead with plans for missile defense bases in Eastern Europe.
The story has riled the US enough that a US general has been wheeled out to tell the worlds press that any Russian attempt to build another nuclear base in Cuba would cross US red line.
The story broke earlier this week, when Russian newspaper Izvestia quoted an un-named source from within the Russian military. He told the Russian daily:
While they are deploying the missile shield in Poland and the Czech Republic, our strategic bombers will already be landing in Cuba.
The quote hasnt been independently confirmed, but the Russian Defense Ministry added fuel to the fire when they refused to comment on the story.
The prospect of Russian nuclear forces being stationed in Cuba - which is, after all, only 90 miles from the US coast - would bring back some rather unpleasant memories for the US of the Cuban Missile Crisis of 1962, where the Soviet Union under Nikita Kruschev launched an audacious and foolhardy bid to station nuclear missiles on the Caribbean island.

*** Gotta run, for later.

"You may succeed in silencing me but that silence comes at a price. You have shown yourself to be as barbaric and ruthless as your most hostile critics have claimed. You have shown yourself to have no respect for life, liberty or any civilised value."
Obituary: Alexander Litvinenko
Times of London, 25 November 2006
On April 23, 2002, Alexander Litvinenko, a former officer of the Russian secret service, arrived at Heathrow, supposedly on a stopover before flying on to the Caribbean. Claiming that he was being persecuted by the Russian authorities, he sought political asylum.
Alexander Valterovich Litvinenko was born in 1962 in Voronezh, south of Moscow. After high school and extended service in the Soviet Army (in which his grandfather was an officer), he graduated from the Interior Forces Military Academy, joining the KGB in 1988.
While his early career was in espionage, by 1991 he had made a name for himself in the organised crime and anti-terror divisions. He also worked in the central apparatus, leading co-operation between the KGB, by then renamed the FSB, and the Moscow organised crime police squad. In 1997 he joined one of the FSBs most secret departments, specialising in the pursuit of criminal organisations, and became its deputy head.
This exemplary career came to an abrupt end on November 18, 1998, when, in a press conference, he accused his FSB superiors of extortion, corruption and illegal assassinations. The accusations were detailed and seemed credible. He was suspended and in March 1999 arrested and held in isolation in the infamous KGB Lefortovo prison.
He was tried and acquitted in November 1999, but immediately rearrested. In 2000 charges were dropped after he promised to stay in Moscow. He and his family lived under intense surveillance and when they heard that further charges were being prepared, they fled. They flew to Turkey and from there to London.
Tried in absentia and sentenced to nine years in prison, Litvinenko found work in Britain as a postman, while his wife taught ballroom dancing. He continued his campaign against his former employers in interviews and books, and contributed anti-Russian material to a Chechen website. At the time of his death he was investigating the murder of the journalist Anna Politkovskaya.
He is survived by his wife Marina and his two children.
Alexander Litvinenko, former officer of the Russian secret service, was born on December 4, 1962. He died on November 23, 2006, aged 43

Mr Litvinenko is thought to have been close to journalist Anna Politkovskaya, another opponent of the Kremlin who was shot dead last month, and said recently he was investigating her murder. It was after being handed documents apparently relating to the case that he was taken ill more than two weeks ago.
But he is perhaps best known for a book in which he alleges that agents co-ordinated the 1999 apartment block bombings in Russia that killed more than 300 people. He now appears to have fallen victim to the kind of plots which he wrote about.
Arrest
Mr Litvinenko, 43, first became a security agent under the Soviet-era KGB, rising to the rank of lieutenant-colonel in its later incarnations.
He is reported to have fallen out with Vladimir Putin, then head of the security service, in the late 1990s, after failing in attempts to crack down on corruption within the organisation. In 1998, he first came to prominence by exposing an alleged plot to assassinate the then powerful tycoon Boris Berezovsky, who himself now lives in self-imposed exile in the UK. He was subsequently arrested on charges of abusing his office and spent nine months in a remand centre before being acquitted.
In 1999 he wrote Blowing up Russia: Terror from Within, in which he accused the current Russian security service, the FSB, of carrying out several apartment house bombings in 1999 that killed more than 300 people. The attacks, which Moscow blamed on Chechen rebels, helped swing public opinion behind Russia's second war in the breakaway republic.
Petrol bombs
Complaining of persecution, in 2000 Mr Litvinenko fled to the UK where he sought, and was granted, asylum. But after settling in an unnamed London suburb, the former spy continued to behave as if on the run, constantly changing his contact details. The Times newspaper reported that over the summer someone tried to push a pram loaded with petrol bombs at his front door. Appearing alongside high-profile opponents of President Putin, he has continued to make allegations about his former bosses. Perhaps most notably, he alleged that al-Qaeda number two Ayman al-Zawahiri was trained by the FSB in Dagestan in the years before 9/11.
Sounds like an untreated case of schizophrenia.
“We urgently need visas and medical examination..” - that is ablsoultely true
