It is difficult to understand how this could have happened on a nationwide basis. You can I suppose understand how one facility with an incompetent idiot running it would get it wrong, but having it happen over multiple facilities is incomprehesible.

Since they were able to identify the dates and facilities that our vets were at risk, I suspect they can identify a person who worked at or supervised these clinics. I want to know the person's name as well as the names of all of his/her supervisors. I suspect that a problem employee was transferred instead of fired.
