This is a speech given by my friend Mike Fellows at the Auburn, AL TEA Party on Wednesday. It's about 10 minutes long, but well worth the time if you want to understand why we protest.

BO has done 10 times more damage to the United States of America in 4 months than both the dot.com and mortgage bubble combined with 9/11. Even our “Home Land Security” has turned against us with the monitoring of “right wing extremist” and who knows what else.

Right wing extremist is an oxymoron. Why are they concerned with protecting themselves against the citizens of this country? That seems odd, given the fact that BO embraces and bows to those that hate us. Decent is not acceptable in this socialist regime.

So what are we going to do about it now? The TEA parties are a solid start (there were about 5,000 in Olympia, WA, where the wife and I were). But we, the people, have to follow up by having “Push Back Until” events later this year, early next year, and for as long as we have to: http://pushbackuntil.com.

It will not be easy, but how interested are we in saving our country from an irresponsible Congress? If we, the people, do nothing, our country is finished.

“Be in D.C. to Push Back Until!”

Thanks for the heads up on the Push back website. I agree, it is only a start and we need to capture the passion of the folks involved for long term change!
