The Civil Rights Division of the Department of Homeland Security raised concerns about the language of a controversial report on alleged "right-wing extremist" groups before the report's release, but the Obama Administration decided to make the report public before those concerns were fully addressed, according to a Department spokesperson. Amy Kudwa declined to say which parts of the report were the source of concern inside the Department. But Secretary of Homeland Security Janet Napolitano said that she would rewrite a footnote in the report that defined "right-wing extremists" as motivated by hate, rejection of federal government authority, and opposition to single issues "like abortion and immigration."

I think something else needs to be researched. FOUO documents are for Official Use Only....I wonder how this did get out.
I heard several MSM folks pushing the notion that this was a report done by the Bush administration, but just now coming out. I was skeptical of that comment. Anyone know for sure?
