While the President pretended to know nothing of the grass-roots Tea Party protests held on April 15, the Democratic Party and its mainstream media compatriots reported on the events with all of the derision and disdain we have come to expect from these elitist boors. Their attitudes bear a striking similarity to the British derision and disdain which greeted the colonial Tea Party movement in 1775. What was it the man said about those who don't learn from history?

Thank God the TEA parties have begun and we have FINALLY begun to fight back with large numbers. They have no alternative or answer to the tea parties. No chairs were thrown through windows or police pelted with bottles. They under-estimate the rallys because to them, It isn’t a protest rally until mayhem occurs in the street.

Don’t be fooled. The White House pretends not to follow the polls, either. Truth is, they follow polls, and tea parties, and everything else intently, every day. Obama’s dismissive statements disguise a very real feeling of insecurity.
Fox is more than capable of tooting it’s own horn, but in this case, I believe them when they say it’s all about ratings. Fox made the right call and won big-time, the others now poking fun and deriding the Tea Parties are doing so mainly as a shot against Fox News, which kicked their asses in the ratings.
Wait until we hear the howls in 2012 that how DARE we even nominate a candidate to run against the first African-American President. We’re only nominating a candidate because there’s a Black Man in the White House. The RNCC will look like a KKK rally! Or even 2010. White Republicans are trying to take away the House from the “American People”!
A reasonable assessment as to the MSM drolls, but not sufficient, I think, to explain the Democratic Party reaction - - I do believe there’s more than a shot at FOX News in the mix.
I agree and don’t believe the ACRONs abd associates will allow Zero to leave the white house without violence in 4 or 8 years unless they’re knocked down now.

You know what we’ll hear at the debates? When the Republican goes to speak the “No dialogue with Hate” chant will start. And that will be the last Town Hall Style Debate.

Yup. And every Congress the dems file a bill to repeal it. Most notable was Lieberman’s proposing to get rid of A22 right after his meeting with Clinton during the impeachment debates.
