Everyone is accountable to someone, even bureaucrats. Just not the voting public. Our nation, indeed most nations ceased to be democratic regimes where the will of the people is respected. A dictatorial cabal has slice by slice been taking over and I am afraid we will have to remove them the same way the elites have always been removed in history.

Yes / No statements do not constitute comparative analysis. Comparative analysis must take into account a matter of degree and how liberal or conservative someone is on issues. If you are unable to see differences then you have no business voting. I’d love to have McCain President but only in comparison to Obama.

Agreed. McCain would have wanted the same thing, he’s as much of a Goreaholic as Obama, so sanity didn’t have a chance last November. So voting for McCain would not have had an impact on this new ruling.

Sometimes the burned hand teaches best.

That's a great line, I like it.

Exactly, emmissions enforcement will be used as a tool to bring certain industries directly under the thumb of the federal government.

Yup, that's very true.

Just wait until you get a letter in the mail requiring you to report to a termination facility. According to Government records you are reaching the allowable number of breaths allocated to your person.

"Does this mean that it will be legal to inhale but will be made illegal to exhale?"

Yeah...and all those weirdos in San Fran who have an asphixiation fetish will get tax credits.
