I don’t doubt this.

I think it’s good that Perry has floated the idea.

Totally, completely erroneous poll. Anyone living in Texas has seen Bumper Stickers for the last 35 years that say SECEDE NOW.

Don’t agonize that secession didn’t “win.” celebrate that this is actually being talked about and mainstream enough to be reputably polled.

If it were to happen, it would be when things have become significantly worse.

Passing strange they had to rush right out with a poll to “show” the “vast majority” would be against an independent Texas.

Also, NO ONE “strongly disapproved” of Zero????

prima facie bullsh*t

:]

Texas could nationalize all federal property and Obama would say great because he is doing the same here.

Well I’m a Texan (transplant) but no matter what state I lived in I couldn’t imagine that the answer to “the country’s in trouble” could possibly be “let’s jump ship.”

It’s our country. It’s the greatest country in the world, ever. It is in trouble. Deep trouble. Are we going to abandon it? I think not!

Polls are designed to generate specifically what the MSM and the government want to feed to the public.

Pay no attention to the man behind the curtain!

Militant

Even with Texas out of the Union, Obamaland would still have 56 states.....

>>I think it’s good that Perry has floated the idea.<<

You mean...Pontificated to an advantage.

He’z beginning to start the election cycle, his challenger for the governor's seat is Kay Baily (help us all) Hutchison.

It's all political mouthing from Governor good hair.

I think that was about the same numbers that the Tarheels of North Carolina had in 1860 and early 1861. And boy how quickly the Federals changed that poll around? Them same Tarheels eventualy fielded the some of meanest hard fightingest sons-a-#itches in the war.
