Oh, I do agree. But is a right contingent on whether or not the action is a want or a need?

Not really. And don’t take this personal. I’m just attempting to address the issue in an academic manner.

There are times when it’s probably best to error on the side of prudence. That’s my view, and it doesn’t mean an opposing view would be wrong on this matter.

I’d rather not go out there wondering if I would get hassled, but rather enjoy the experience for what it was sans the sword.
