The bomb factory house is two houses away from the house with the white trim around door. It's the one with the angular bay window projecting outwards. The house has been substantially modified upon rebuilding.
I just realized that same tree is still there in front of the former Weather Underground bomb factory, 39 years after the explosion. I'm sure a tree ring core taken from the house side would reveal evidence of the event. Again, it's the house that now has a modern angular bay window.
