At todays Tea Party protest in Chicago, CNNs Susan Roesgen found herself in some hot water with an angry crowd when she became belligerent with a protester.
CNN shut the segment down quickly, with a few editorial insults toward the Tea Partiers thrown in for good measure.
I think you get the general tenor of this. Its anti-government, anti-CNN since this is highly promoted by the right-wing conservative network Fox.
Founding Bloggers was on the scene, and we have footage of the schooling Susan Roesgen received from angry attendees after she signed off.

Fat lot of good that's going to do me when my electricity bill skyrockets due to cap-and-trade.
EXACTLY. Every dollar taken in taxes is a dollar less freedom.
The $400 is a joke. Some might get it but in the long run they are going to be taxed back 400 plus.
bump
***When she mentioned the 400 dollars my mouth dropped.***
Wow! $400.00! I used to pay more than that in federal taxes out of each paycheck before I retired!
The govrnment confiscates your hard earned pay then gives you back $400.00 and you are supposed to feel grateful.
CNN = Cable News Nobody-Watches-Anymore
What happens when rats are trapped into a corner? They hiss, bite, scratch, etc...CNN and the alphabet networks are scared sh*tless that their chosen one is being outed for who he really is and they are taking it out on average Americans who DARE protest. Screw ‘em.
It's worse than that
They MANUFACTURE the news they want and suppress the news that is contrary to their agenda.
I think the phrase “They think your stupid” pretty much sums it up. I don’t think the 400 is going to help when inflation hits. Not to mention, when we are all buying 5 dollar loaves of bread and paying triple our electric bill when “cap and tax” hits. That 400 is going to be worth what the constitution means to O, a piece of toilet paper.
Susan reveal her inability to comprehend taxation issues with her remark about Illinois getting $50 billion out of the stimulus package

These people think we are idiots. I am sure she figured we believe Obama pulled that out of his wallet and handed it to Ill. You are not supposed to be smart enough to figure out that it was OUR TAX DOLLARS.
When she said that I wish the father had said, “Yes and because other people made very bad decisions this little one is stuck with that bill!”
So I started emailing the blogger link around
Yes DHS, I am one of THOSE.
I was thinking the same thing as the father of a 2 year old. They are not sucking on pacifiers at 2. My 2 year old would be yelling back at her louder than me (and probably beat her in an argument).
Thanks for posting this. The arrogance and bias of this so-called “reporter” is shocking.
Bump for when I get home from work.

She is beyond clueless, she’s brainwashed....
“can’t comprehend dazed look in her eyes”
You too!! ;-)
Not all of us are eligible for the $400. Being one of the evil rich in this country, I don’t even get that. Which also begs the question, how did this “reporter” know that the gentleman in question met the income requirements to get the measly $400 “tax break”
