This is outrageous! I would love to see a study contrasting criminal activity of vets vs. non-vets. I'd bet that vets are the far more law-abiding group.

There is a domestic terrorist threat to our country, but it's not from the patriotic Americans who have served our country. It's from drug-addled community organizers and their terrorist friends.

Is it possible that there is any sense of shame in the Senate from those who voted to confirm her? Geez louise!

letter to her highness being sent today:

Janet Napolitano
Department of Homeland Security
US Department of Homeland Security
Washington, D.C. 20528

April 15, 2009

Dear Secretary Napolitano:

Make sure your department is looking in the right places. One has to wonder about the experience and qualifications of at least some on your staff and office. The memorandum sent to law enforcement that brilliantly identified people who are pro-life, anti-(high) taxes, second amendment believers (for that matter the whole of the Constitution and Bill of Rights) believe in a smaller government—much smaller—are identified as possible domestic terrorists and should be watched. Wrong.

Your people may do better and be actually more effective if they would write memos like this about ANSWER, ELF and ACORN—to think of a few domestics among us. A number of these people actually do believe in forcibly changing our economic system, our government and our ability to defend ourselves—whereas the freedom loving people who believe in the Constitution do not desire to use violence to change the government. We will use the ballot box, information and as best as we can, try to educate as many leftists as we can about freedom (a laudable and difficult goal).

This memo was one of the most ridiculous examples of government waste and inefficiency I have ever read and there are many, many examples of the waste of tax dollars to pay people who derive such inane “analyses.” Please terminate his, her or their employment immediately because it is an obvious example of inaccuracy and negligence in work. The person or people who worked this one up should not be an employee’s) of ours. You didn’t approve this nonsense, did you?

Sincerely,

...Napolitano, Reno, Pelosi... It’s no surprise at all.

Tell your neighbors to keep their boys away from the recruiters, until we see real American leadership.

This fits with the general pathology of liberals; punish the innocent and reward the guilty.

Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano must lie like this...she has to INVENT this so as to paint ALL who disagree with Obama as a "Right-Wing Extremist"

I honestly thought I would remain far from resenting or even hating people like this but I am at the edge of total resentment of these kinds of people and their Purposeful hate-crime broad-brush painting of all who are innocent. It purposeful as it is creating the false impression that this is a security issue. Its just like the lying jerk at the airport whom you are calmly discussing your issue with saying loudly "You need to calm down sir/ma'am" so as to create the totally false impression that you are the evil doer.

Thanks liberals of the current left...this is your legacy...hate politics.

Dysfunctional analysis leads to dysfunctional institutional policy making. It also leads to unintended consequences.

This report indicates that an entire government department is worried about the next McVeigh. But let us be very clear about the lesson of McVeigh: his OKC bomb was meant to observe the anniversary of the federal government's debacle of Waco, a debacle based on the same security-bureaucrat mindset we still see in this latest DHS report.

It is in the realm of reason to say that had Waco not happened, the Murrah building would not have been bombed.

(But then again, if John Doe Number Two was really someone from Al Quiada, then McVeigh might have hit it anyway for another reason. It was a large building with a particularly vulnerable architectural design.)

Well, the left is finally being honest. They believe that anyone who believes in the core values of America is an extremist and we are to them. I for one, am proud to be considered an extremist by such cretins.

What does it say about the left when they identify people who believe in the right to life as being extreme? Sounds like the twenty first century version of Nazism is upon us.

"'I was briefed on the general topic, which is one that struck a nerve as someone personally involved in the Timothy McVeigh prosecution,' Ms. Napolitano said."

Uhuh. She must have a lot of penis envy to generalize McVeigh's ate-up behavior to veterans in general.

My thoughts are that John Podesta (Soros' butt boy) guessed who would be at the parties and what issues their placards would support.

From that he wrote the report describing every Right issue and labeled us nuts.

Our government is at war with its citizens.
