Okay. I see a lot of windows there. Just how many did these right-wing extremists break? And where are the pics of the cars they overturned and burned?

As this day continues to unfold, I'm starting to question the Dept. of Fatherland Security's judgement that these people are a danger to civilization.

Oh darn straight... and if you look at the 1st picture... the old dude with the big ol' sunglasses? Well, he is eyeballing us and he is just trouble... can't Obama do something about this?

All those good lookin people, and none of them had to cover their faces like the liberal protesters we are used to seeing on the news. Thanks for the report.

So true. We had a great looking bunch at our gathering in Santa Barbara. We had a much better turn-out than expected. It was just so incredible. All the traffic passing by was overwhelmingly positive. It was so beautiful. The Silent Majority is alive and well. Even in Santa Barbara.

'Wow - looks like a good sized crowd over in E. WA!'

It was hard to estimate the size of the crowd. The plaza and breezeway area was wall-to-wall, and along the street out front there was two to three people deep for a block or so!

All in all, a great event. Several local speakers, our Rep.Cathey McMorris-Rogers and radio host Laurie Roth. (She really rocked! Called Oblahblah a muslim usurper!)

My sister, brother-in-law and friends were there. I’m pinging her to this thread, but she probably won’t see it until tomorrow. I watched the local 5PM news coverage and channel 6 was reporting anywhere from 2,000-4,000 people. I haven’t heard an official estimate yet, but it sure sounds (and looks from your beautiful pics) like a wonderful turnout! GREAT job, Spokane!

Looks like you had a great turn out in the Inland Empire

Thank God we had some Spokane sun in Olympia today and also had a great turn out.

Keep up the "mo", our east side cousins!

Yep, I was there. I didn’t expect anything like nearly 4000 people to show up as only 1700 people signed up to be there. It was amazing to see so many people representing the elderly, the young and everything in between. I had to laugh at the lone Obama supporter that I saw. He carried a sign stating that he voted for Obama on one side and something about how great Obama was on the other side. I gotta say, however, that when I looked toward his direction again, he was gone. I think he didn’t expect so many protesters to show up either and he probably felt just a wee bit intimidated! LOL! The crowd was so enthusiastic. Now what is the next step, folks? We can’t stop with one Tea Party, we have to keep the ball rolling here.

Hell, you even got TV news vans...we had around 2000 people in and out during the course of our noon rally in Palm Desert, and there was nary a newsie........they later showed up, having missed the rally, to take fifteen seconds worth of tape of some banners and signs.

I emailed all three local stations, blasting their lack of "journalism ethics".

Around here, the stations are Johnny-on-the-Spot for every Palm Springs gay "pride" parade, but won't cover REAL news.
