I don’t think his little speech done in the middle of the day will pre empt anything. Most parties are taking place between 5pm-7pm and no one will see the TV news until 11pm tonight. If they were tryng to do that they should’ve made the speech yeaterday.
They don’t care about the speech itself, they wanted the sound bites to use against the TP’s.
