Wow, this new president’s tactics and cabinet are like a Fellini circus film, with macabre scary music and darkness, jumpy and insane. Are there any people left who believe he’s honest and bipartisan (who are not also brain dead)?

Originally I thought this was a madcap caper and that we should just let Obama slowly stew in his own broth for the next four years. But his recent actions demonstrate the importance of blocking him and his administration NOW. He is FAR too dangerous and radical.
If Obama was indeed an American citizen, he wouldn't be spending money on high priced attorneys like this scum. I am beginning to wonder if those individuals he presents as his parents were his parents AT ALL! BOTH of them are DEAD!! HOW CONVENIENT!! So are his alleged GRANDPARENTS!!!!
I think his election may have been the greatest hoax of the millennium.
Unfortunately, the totalitarian left will use the courts as the noose to hang us, just a Franken is doing, and others.

There was a man who was cheated out of the presidency, but didn't challenge it, because of what it would do to the country.
This all changed in the election of 2000, with Al Gore and the Democrats' playbook.

And of course, that is how 0bama got this far; dirty politics against his rivals, starting with Democratic oppostion in the primaries for the State Senate in Illinois, then against Ryan in the 2006 Senate Race.
Between ACORN and the endless litigation in the courts over election results, I am truly pessimistic about free and fair elections ever taking place again at the National level.

Bauer’s dad was anti-Nazi until the Nazi’s invaded and occupied Austria. Bauer’s dad expatriated himself from an occupied country while other anti-Nazi proponents were being imprisoned and executed.

Here’s my Tea Party/BC story: Stood in a light rain in Sioux City, IA near the Missouri River. I stayed a block away from the Tea Party participants and did my own thing on a very busy street. Held up a sign “Where was obama born???” for two hours until I counted over 2,000 cars had passed by. I stood alone and was nervous for the first few minutes but then a few people started honking for me and giving me the thumbs up sign and then I was loving it. It was hard work because I was enthusiastic and now I am very tired.
Also got quite a few negatives: some people gave me the bird and two people parked their car and came to tell me he was born in Hawaii; they saw it on CNN. But no one jumped the curb to try and murder me anyway....

Maybe because Obama’s attorney thinks that opposing counsel has a viable case and, therefore, prefers tactics of intimidation, rather than litigating the case on its merits?

Actually, the president misspoke on the sequence of events in Cuba. The invasion of CIA-trained rebels at the Bay of Pigs in Cuba occurred in April 1961. Obama was born August 4, 1961.
This would account for a Hawaii late birth certificate arriving from kenya!!! His birth date was changed. If he had a slip of the tongue, that would mean he was actually born July of 1961. His mother could have brought him back, filled out Hawaii documentation for late birth BC, state where he was born and signed it but put a different birthdate to make it look like last couple of days so to avoid suspicion. Or obama had the BD changed.
Does everyone remember in those days how easy it was to put any birthdate on your drivers license? I knew a lady who refused to let anyone know her age. She was 53 and on her DL she was 42. It was hysterical. I would look at the DL, then look at her, then look back at it again. The DMV never looked at her old one or questioned her. She never brought in her old one she told me.
And also in my day, /ahem not telling, they had changed the policies as to when children could get into kindergarten. I think you had to be 4 months to 5 year birthdate. Don't quote me. Parents were lying to get their children into school earlier. One kid was a whole year younger than his parents placed. One was a year older because he was really tiny and his parents felt he needed the extra year. Some it was a matter of a month or more. In obama's day, there was no technology they had to check like there is today.
One other time obama gave a different idea of his birthdate in a speech. I can't remember but someone caught him on it. I think it was during campaigning. I would not put it past obama to be as much as a year older by the look of his skin on his face. Usually dark skin does not wrinkle or sag at his age. obamas nasal labial folds are of a much older dark pigmented skin. But that could be heavy drug use and smoking that did him in.
Hememway should bring a lawsuit against Bauer for extortion and civil rights violations. Bauer cannot legally threaten anyone with sanctions, and the only he did it because Robertson mouthed off.
Obama hired Bauer SOLELY to fight the eligibility lawsuits, and has paid him over $1 million with campaign finances. Obama has virtally unlimited funds to stomp on any private citizen who brings a lawuit.
