Right on! I’ve been praying that someone would have the guts to call Obama on this and force a showdown in the courts as to the constitutionality of all of the bail out crap. Just because it passes Congress doesn’t make it legitimate until it has passed constitutional muster in the courts.
One does have to wonder why the board of directors for some of these banks haven’t fired the ones who are under-performing.

You are assuming that we have an opposition party in this country worth of the name. At present, I am sad to say, we do not. I believe very strongly that in time, we will.
