When I was a teenager a priest at my childhood church once said that if every single Roman Catholic, Protestant and Jew attended religious services there would be peace on earth. Prayer and faith are very potent weapons against evil.
When I was in 4th or 5th grade the priest stopped the prayers after Mass to scold those leaving early. He questioned the depth of their Faith as the prayers were for the conversion of Russia and would they be willing to be public Catholics if the communists were victorious. The problem now is that he meant Russian communists not American. We are now in very perilous times and my question is will all those federal agents with degrees from Fordham, BC,St. Joes etc remember their Faith and their loyalty to the Constitution?
