Just detecting a sophisticated cypher coming from your IP would be enough to raise a red flag, I would think.

Well then I've got red flags everywhere. Every business email I send is heavily encrypted.

They're probably not gonna look at it if it's determined to come from, and be headed to, a business ip. So, I guess that bidness to bidness would be safer. Posting what they might decide is “inflammatory” on a blog or regular email, may become a bit more “iffy.”
