Fighters like Michelle Bachmann, Ron Paul and Pat Buchanan are the future of the American Right Wing (conservatism is a rather wishy-washy term). It is also true that the GOP (and those talk show hosts who ally themselves with it) is a falling star the Right should be loath to hitch itself to.

Pat Buchanan is a mouthpiece at best.

Too many non-democrats are demoralized and feel disenfranchised from party politics. Third parties serve only one purpose - to enable and encourage the left.

ACORN stole the last election and unless the voter rolls are purged - the two party system is toast.

Sorry pal ... but anyone who thinks Pat Buchanan is the future is definitely living in the past ... way in the past.

You can thank a winnter-takes-all electoral college for that!

Should read “winner-takes-all.” Remember kids, check your work before you hand it in!

We know what the government has done TO us, but what has it ever done FOR us?

The voter rolls will not be purged,
more fraudulent, ineligible voters will be added,
the 2010 census will be fraudulent.

The “ballot” box of freedom is closed. Move on to another box.

Big mistake, taking on the assumptions of a fool -

the government’s role is NOT to do anything FOR you.

It can ONLY do TO you, and we need to limit that ability.

Prov 26:4
Do not answer a fool according to his folly,
or you will be like him yourself.

Speaking as a conservative, you automatically lose me when you try to connect conservativism with the likes of Pat Buchanan and Ron Paul. We dont do isolationism. Sorry, but that never worked before and it certainly wont work in this day and age.

—We have a multi party system.—

No, we actually have a de facto ONE party system; this one party has two wings (a “left” wing called “democrat” and a “right” wing called “republican”). This party has the electoral laws rigged so efficently that real third parties are strangled in their cribs before they have a chance to gain any traction.

If Ron Paul and Pat Buchanan are your idea of “prototype” conservatives, you’ve spent way too much time riding a horse with only one rocker.
