What a great way to start the day off. love happy endings.
Read that B.O.!
Moral of the story - don’t eff with the Friends of Bill. Or the SEALs either. Another happy ending ....
>>They said he brandished a .25-caliber handgun.
Probably a Jennings or a Lorcin. Quality stuff there.
>>Police declined to identify the shooter, saying an investigation is under way.
Good. Protect the citizen’s identity as much as possible from low-life friends and family of the deceased.
“Hi, I’m Bob, and this is a STICK UP!”
BANG! BANG!
“Hi, Bob!”
No doubt! That show was pretty ridiculous. The one good thing it might have done was prompt more training.
from the story:
The AA visitor who fired his weapon and killed the suspect had a concealed weapons permit, police said.
This is where the gun-grabbers would try to argue that a "known alcoholic shouldn't be given a concealed weapons permit".
and
This is the second time in five weeks that a person with a concealed weapons permit has killed a person in the Midlands.
BRAVO!
Leader: “OK, let’s get started. Welcome to Rage-aholics Anonymous.”
George: “What? Rage-aholics?”
Sponsor: “George, this can help you.”
George: “Hey, I am not here for rage. I’m here for revenge.”
Leader: “Excuse me. We have a ‘no yelling’ policy at these meetings.”
George: “Excuse me. Am I talking to you, Pinhead? Am I?!”
Leader: “Please don’t call me ‘Pinhead’.”
George: “I’m losin’ it!”
Surviving Midlands muggers are currently looking for work elsewhere.
Warms my heart.
at night we review our day, had we been selfish? or shot anyone at the club?..we ask our higher.....
“Hey, I’ll take a shot and a chaser!”
He chose poorly.
I hope they still ended the meeting with the serenity prayer.
“give me what you got”
He got it.
Remember that every time you kill a dangerous, armed criminal, you are saving the taxpayers $1M that would have to be paid to try his case in court and put him in prison.
I love when some people sing the chorus that alcoholics and addicts should be locked away and the key forgotten about ...
Suddenly they are hero’s to the same individuals when they prevent an armed robbery ...
Hypocrites ...
As for the outstanding AA member/visitor, good shooting. I do not know what kind of bad situations you created while using/drinking, but you’ve definitely made amends for it.
To all the liberal wimps, and gun control sissy’s, up yours. I can only begin to imagine the crying and complaining they are going to do.
Humans and violence go hand and hand ... Violence being a bad thing is taboo ... Throughout history violence has been used for both good and bad ...
If I’m ever in the process of being robbed and I can do something about it, I’m gonna try my hardest to kill the said perpetrator.
Finally a side note, for the misinformed or ignorant:
AA and NA are separate but the members are sometimes interconnected. Both programs are based on a 12 step program to become sober. AA meetings tend to have better organization, thus many NA members choose to visit the local AA chapter than the NA. I have no idea why this is, but I’ve seen this first hand in the Baltimore MD Region, and the Gettysburg/York/Harrisburg PA areas as well. Many alcohol and substance abuse counselors recommend you attend either type of meeting ... Alcoholics show up to NA, and addicts show up to AA.
Hi Bob!
