In Kalifornicate - one can be reasonably certain of voting correctly by voting AGAINST the position of the Teacher's Unions...on all matters granting more money to “education”. Here in Kalifornicate it's merely indoctrination with very little real education.

They are capable of spending unlimited funds, and achieve the same poor results... So it is best to minimize the expense of achieving stupid graduates by voting against giving them more money from ANY source.
