I will wager anything you want that these people didn’t speak a word of English.
The insular ethnic communities have only themselves to blame.

I run into Mexicans all the time that have been here for 5, 10, 20 years and more...Many these people don’t speak English. One can only assume they’re either stupid, lazy, or they just don’t give a damn.
