With due respect, that's not true. Destroyers (Bainbridge) don't normally carry SEAL units, neither do Frigates (Halyburton). If the reports are true, the SEALS had to be flown in. There are not that many SEAL units to be stationed on every Navy vessel.

There is a fair to middling chance that a SEAL team is pesent on the USS Boxer, since it is the command ship for the International Anti-piracy flotilla. Which is one good reason for the news to report that they were flown in.
