Somalia last I heard had something like a square city block left that actually had any formal sense of government left, it exactly as how Blackhawk Down was except I cannot say if we have any presence there or any other nation for humanitarian support at this time.
There will soon be an escalation, my guess is there may be a televised beheading now, they have no fear of anyone, remember they have captured ships full of Russian tanks and the Soviets did nothing.
Somalia is basically a pirate country, free range and target rich.

To the contrary. I am thinking quite clearly. What I see is a bunch of folks who are losing sense and reason as they fall over themselves to attack Obama without having any of the facts in hand, at a time we should be happy that we had such a good ending here.

We’re absolutely JOYOUS at this outcome, as our comments above reflect, but just the fact that 0 would not make ANY public statement of acknowledgement and support for Capt. Phillips to the country, to his family the last couple of days is enough for me to realize the horrible sea change that has really occurred in the statesmanship, integrity and savvy of this president.
It absolutely reeks of arrogance, coldness and contrivance, and it’s totally bereft of any leadership or even basic decency or compassion, in the face of the eyes of the world having been glued on this crisis 24/7.
It speaks volumes about his character.

You are overestimating the intelligence of the greater American electorate. Taking the high road brought us . . . the fool we have in office now whose only apparent qualification for office was . . . his "diverseness".
