Lloyd227 rightfully requests more of an explanation regarding this idea. I don't claim to have all of the ideas or information. This would have to be determined by the Parties and the electors. Granted a great deal of effort would be needed for this. Probably beginning with a new Constitutional ammendment which would set out the limits and the duties of the citizen lawmakers. This is where the comments and ideas are needed. How do we go about this? There must be some members here that can contribute their ideas.
