I also think our Navy has been castrated because Barry and Hillary think the pirates are poor and downtrodden and just looking for a helping hand. They feel sorry for them.
Barry and Hillary are probably, right as we speak, in the process of issuing green cards for the pirates.
That means every illegal in this country who's up for deportation gets to stay another year, right?
