Let me translate Justice Ginsburg’s lament.
” I’m tired of the toilet seat always being up.”

I nominate Ann Coulter and Megyn Kelly.
If we should have women on the Supreme Court, they should at least be intelligent.

Women bring a life experience to the court that men can't, she said.Just imagine if Scalia were to state it the other way around.

"Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said Friday it's lonely being the only woman on the U.S. Supreme Court."This is a no brainer.
Ginsburg, if you don't like it, then Quit!
To: Steelfish
I lament her being the only woman on the SC also.
She has no business being there in the first place.
To: Steelfish
Ginsburg said. Women bring a life experience to the court that men can't, she said.
typical feminazi. Discounting men and their 'life experiences'. Looking at her bio, I don't see any span of time when she wasn't working - therefore, she doesn't have any 'life experience' raising children - just farming them out. So, I don't see anything different in her personal life than in the other justices.

Oh come on, there’s no question she’s pretty feminine, especially by female lawyer standards.

...the United States could benefit by looking at the legal systems of other countries, she said. I would very much like to hear her explain how, legally and constitutionally, those other legal systems could possibly be incorporated into our own. She knows the answer - she just doesn't want to talk about it. Cat, bag, etc.

I to wish we had another woman on the court, so I vote for Sarah Palin to be appointed in Ginsburg’s place when she retires, if not Sarah then one of the other equally conservative women in politics, whatever we do, don’t appoint a judge or a lawyer to the bench!(as if we will have a choice in the matter with Bozo at the helm)

Well the President could choose to appoint more female justices. There would be nothing illegal or unconstitutional about that. Of course Bush tried that, and it was a less than impressive effort.
