The rats came out with the message that they're not for the fairness doctrine, but are going about the same end other ways. Watch for local radio drive to disallow syndicated talk shows, and hate speak crimes, etc.

Watch for taxes on ammo, legal moves against manufacturers, or some other indirect way to regulate guns.

The only reason statements like this are made is to disarm the opposition, the political uninformed.

Taxes on ammo and legal moves against mfrs can be fought in court. The NRA earn can their membership dues.

Right now, folks are outright PILING UP the ammo in their basements.

Hopefully in the near future we can all just go out to our favorite range and have an absolute orgy of shooting as the threat passes.

Haven't read the comments on the thread, but it's obvious they're up to something. We can probably expect a spate of media stories like the ones we've seen lately.
