It got me too, I don’t have an in box!!!!!! After 7 years with the same address I guess I had better put one together.
This looks more like a server failure to me.

Ah, so it’s not just me. I just tried to log on, and it didn’t even recognize my password. Every time I entered my password, the sign in page reappeared. Very weird.

I have a secondary hotmail address. I just tried to go to it and I keep ending up back with the original sign on. I'll be running every cleaning program I have. I'd stay away from hotmail until they get the bugs out.

It looks like to me they are forcing you to make a live.com registration. I did it and once I did I was able to get to Hotmail just fine.
